We require a 50% deposit before the start of any project, after we have been hired for the job. The remaining amount will be due upon completion of the project. If the job is cancelled before completion, the deposit is refundable, less hourly charges for any work performed to date.

Please keep in mind that all projects are evaluated and estimated time may vary depending on changes, additions and updates that occur during the design process. We will keep a record of this and let you know if the work load exceeds the hours originally estimated.

Maintenance and updates will be billed hourly with a 1-hour minimum charge for a month in which work is being done (no charge during a month when no work is requested).

Upon completion of any project, we will provide you with a version on disc for your records at no additional charge.

Payment for web projects must be paid in full before posting on the world wide web.

Payment for print projects must be paid within 30 days upon the completion date. Unpaid balances will be subject to late fees (5% per week) and collections after 60 days past due.

Published website designs and print designs become your property only AFTER full payment has been received.

We retain copyright ownership for all original graphic design artwork files that we produce.
